I joined OCA in January 2017. My main intention for joining Kickboxing was Fat loss and improving endurance. Mr Abdul Shaikh was our instructor for the batch. The training was more focused towards improving techniques rather than just a blind workout session. I could notice the results within two weeks losing upto 2 kgs. Also, there was improvement in my body posture which boosted my confidence. All Thanks to Abdul Sir. :)
I joined OCA in late 2016. I was aware of Razaq sir through some common friends. I had put on 18kgs in the previous 12 months. I lost 9kgs and reduced my waist line by 2inches. I look forward to this year where I have a personal target to be more agile and flexible. Thanks OCA and its dedicated team.
